SECRET Government Grants 🤫 PART 3  $15,000 Kitchen Reno Case Study NO SB... https://youtu.be/nrHKUw3ndbw?si=bRAEmKCySlLJhM_T via @YouTube #HomeGrants #CaseStudy #15KGrant #HOMEProgram #FreeMoney

Welcome to Part 3! In Part 1, we debunked the SBA myth. In Part 2, we showed you the local and non-profit portals where the free money is hidden. Now, we bring it all together with a real-life example to prove this works for an everyday American. Meet Sarah.

Sarah isn't a CEO, she doesn't own a chain of businesses, and she’s not a grant writer. Sarah is a single mother working as a school administrative assistant in a mid-sized city in Ohio. An everyday American.

Sarah's kitchen was falling apart. We’re not talking cosmetic issues; we’re talking cracked linoleum, an ancient leaking sink, and cabinets that were literally peeling off the walls due to water damage. It was unsafe, and she simply did not have the $\$15,000$ needed for necessary repairs. Like many of you, she was stuck. She felt the system was rigged against her, and bank loans were out of the question.

Sarah initially looked at the SBA, felt overwhelmed, and almost gave up. But then she stumbled upon a local community action agency one of those non-profit partners we talked about in Part 2. This agency specialized in helping low-to-moderate-income families with housing stability.

Crucially, this agency administered funds from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, which is federal money designed to increase affordable housing supply and assist with rehabilitation—money that is often delegated right down to the local non-profits! Sarah filled out a simple pre-application right on the non-profit's website. It wasn't the 50-page federal monster; it was maybe five pages.

The key? She was applying for a demonstrable need, and she went through the human gateway—the non-profit organization. The non-profit had a dedicated counselor who helped her gather the required documents: proof of income, proof of homeownership, and contractor estimates for the repairs.

Within 90 days, Sarah received a confirmation that she was approved for a $15,000 deferred grant—meaning it had zero interest and didn't have to be paid back as long as she lived in the home for ten years. Essentially, free money for her house! She got her new kitchen, the value of her home increased, and most importantly, her family now has a safe, clean space.

Sarah’s story teaches us that this free money is for basic human needs. In Part 4, I’m going to give you three specific, non-SBA grants that you can apply for TODAY, just like Sarah did.

If hearing Sarah’s story gives you hope, drop a 'HOPE' emoji in the comments! And remember, to get the step-by-step application guide, visit the website link in the description below!
